JUFJ MoCo - Racial Justice Book Group

Please join JUFJ in Montgomery County for the third meeting of a
racial justice discussion and book group.

Thursday, April 13 | 7:00 - 8:30 PM

at the Regional Services Center-B-CC
4805 Edgemoor Lane | Bethesda, MD 20814

This group is open to anyone (mature teens and adults) interested in exploring racial justice issues with an emphasis on unconscious bias. While this discussion will have a Jewish framework, anyone of any background is welcome to participate.

At this session, we will continue looking at systemic racism and particularly focus on ways we have been impacted by various privileges and how they play out in our society -- think gender, sexual orientation, health (physical and mental/emotional) and any other privileges that you are aware of.

Find the reading and RSVP here: https://org2.salsalabs.com/o/5483/p/salsa/event/common/public/?event_KEY=85508

As always, people of all backgrounds are welcome, and please feel free to join the discussion whether or not you are able to complete all the readings!
